Lamjung District Struck by Early Morning Earthquake

Besisahar: According to the National Earthquake Monitoring and Research Centre, an earthquake struck Bhalayakharka in Rainas Municipality, located in Lamjung district, at 5:55 AM this morning.
The seismic event, registering a magnitude of 4 on the Richter scale, caused vibrations that were felt in Lamjung, Tanahun, and Gorkha districts.
It is noteworthy that the hilly regions in the eastern and western parts of the country have experienced a higher frequency of earthquake occurrences.
